What We Do

meeting, reaching and helping

Evening outreach

This is often the first point of contact, it is through this outreach that trust is built and we are able to identify areas of need. Currently our team go out  onto the streets on a monthly basis and meet with a variety of vulnerable ladies, including sex workers. It is during this time that we are able to offer them a safe haven in our mobile drop in; this is a vehicle that has blacked out windows so that they are not visible to drug dealers, traffickers and others.

During this time they are often distressed, frightened, hungry, cold and desperate; we assess their immediate needs and give out hot drinks, sandwiches, clothes, information and encouraging literature.

Daytime outreach

We offer a comprehensive range of services that can really make a difference. We recognise the potential in everyone that we meet and we focus on the individuality of that person.

We are able to put together a tailor made plan of action and offer a comprehensive relapse prevention service that facilitates a tailor made personal life plan.

Because typically almost every area of our service users lives are in chaos, we begin by giving assistance in attending vital appointments, such as court, housing, GP, etc, we ensure that these appontmens are not missed. This is a vital part of the re-habilitation process as it is normal to find a communication breakdown has happened in most and sometimes every area of their lives.

As part of this plan we meet up regularly and engage in normal daytime activities such as coffee mornings, cinema, and other outings that help to re-build confidence and self esteem.
